Using the f/5 ADC

Starting Up the ADC

Instructions taken from MMTO docuwiki.

1. Log on to clark as chelle or spec
2. Type hobserve
3. In the upper right of the GUI click on the WFC and then the ADC radio button. They should turn green after a few moments.
4. Choose the ADC/WFC tab.
5. Click Home ADC Prism radio button.
6. When both prisms have homed shut the GUI.

Tracking with the ADC

1. As chelle or spec on clark, type telgui
2. All information boxes should be green except slewarth Down which will remain red. If they are not. Either redo steps above or call Marc Lacasse. If all is fine ...
3. Click track radio tab.

Shutting Down ADC

1. Click track radio tab to stop the ADC tracking.
2. Shut down the GUI.
